The Unique Garden restaurants are under the command of the talented chef Daniel Aquino. With a story as impressive as his dishes, his experience at Escuela Bellart, in Barcelona, and the interaction with the greatest gastronomy masters like Ferran Adrià were an inspiration to his creative cooking.

Combining technical prowess, talent, and creativity, and using the organic ingredients picked at the hotel vegetable farms and greenhouses, Daniel Aquino created a menu inspired by Mediterranean food cuisine with his own view of traditional gastronomy. An avant-garde and personal gastronomy that makes every meal an odyssey for the senses.

Balance Experience

Divided into three categories (Fit, Relax, and Detox), the Balance Experience combines cooking and nutrition in the creation of menus with ingredients suitable for weight loss, metabolic balance and body detoxication. All of it is ran by the nutritionist Bárbara Gilli, who ensures that every meal is tasty and healthy to the same extent.
