The restaurants at Unique Garden are under the coordination of the talented chef Daniel Aquino, who gives his personality to the dishes, combining technique, talent and creativity. He applies the "farm to table" concept, using ingredients harvested from the hotel's vegetable gardens, greenhouses and gardens.
The result consists of Mediterranean-inspired menus with revisions of classical gastronomy.
